Weekend recap!

I have been looking forward to this weekend for some time now because we got to travel to Charlotte and hang out with the chids and yates.  The chids just closed on their beautiful new home so we all stayed at their place.  It was a weekend of good food, celebrating birthdays and resting.  The yates drove in from Birmingham and sadly, it will probably be the last time I get to see them until after their baby arrives in late March :(  I was thankful that we got to see them this weekend though and I am so stinking excited for baby yates to arrive in March.  Anna Davis may have a bff or a boyfriend, we will see!  I love these girls!

I posted this pic on instagram this weekend because when we got home, Mary had been at our house and had installed the drapes and bedding in the nursery!  Everything looks so great and I hope to get some more pics uploaded as soon as I get the last few projects complete (including that little side table that needs a fresh coat of paint!)  I'm so excited for Anna Davis to get here.  I'm getting to the uncomfortable stage of pregnancy but I know she doesn't need to come just yet! Crazy to think that in 6 weeks that room will be filled with love, snuggles, late nights and cries :)

Lastly, I have been obsessed with these dolls for some time now!  They are from blablakids.com and I have been crushing on that little lilipop the frog since I saw it on a blog I follow.  It just might make its way to the nursery soon!
