Gosh this weekend was such a reminder of how much I love the people that I was blessed with meeting in college! The 'homecoming 2008 extravaganza' was this past weekend. For the past 3 years a group of us from college have rented a cabin in Boone for homecoming weekend and it is seriously one of the highlights of my fall.
I feel like I take for granted just how many great people I got to know in college. So many different people in so many different walks in life. I find myself assuming everyone had the great experience that I did but I am quickly reminded that's not the case. It's so cool to see everyone in their lives becoming people of influence in this broken world and be encouraged with where people are in life. I'm really blessed to know ALL of these people! This is so true! I think we get so busy, we forget how blessed we are to have such great friends. I had fun hanging out with you this weekend and I made me realize that we need to catch up like that more often! Have a great week and I'll talk to you soon
